Perfect for a stay combining luxury and nature, this modern villa is designed to offer its guests a unique experience, combining relaxation and comfort, all without any opposite for total privacy.
The Space
Highlights of housing:
• 180-degree panoramic view: From the wooden terrace and infinity pool, enjoy a spectacular 180-degree view including the famous Rocher du Diamant, the vast bay and the majestic Morne Larcher, an idyllic setting for moments of pure pleasure.
• Heated & private infinity pool and spacious: The pool is long enough to allow several people to swim at the same time, thus offering relaxation and sports activity, length of 10m, max depth 1.70m.
• Furnished outdoor space: Deckchairs, pergola, large outdoor table and a Weber barbecue are at your disposal to enjoy outdoor meals or simply to relax in front of the panorama.
Spacious and modern interior: The main villa has three comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms:
• First Master Suite located on the first floor with its balcony and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedrooms 2 and 3, on the ground floor, with two queen size beds, separable to form two single beds. These rooms share a shared bathroom.
• Second Master Suite, located in the outbuilding under the outdoor patio for more privacy, has its own en-suite bathroom and private terrace.

The villa is located in a quiet and sought-after residential area of Le Diamant, offering a peaceful environment while remaining close to the main points of interest.
You enjoy a privileged setting, between nature and sea view, a few minutes from the beaches, the village of Diamant, restaurants, shops and essential services.
Checkin / Checkout
The Villa SKY enjoys a strategic location in the south of Martinique.
The beaches of Le Diamant can be reached in a few minutes by car, as are the city center, the local market and water activities.
Its high position offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Rocher du Diamant and the ocean, while guaranteeing freshness and tranquility.
Other things to note
Villa SKY is located in a quiet residential environment, conducive to rest and relaxation.
In this context, parties, events and the presence of people not counted in the reservation are not allowed, day or night, in order to preserve the tranquility of the place and the neighborhood.
The infinity pool is not supervised. Children remain under the responsibility of accompanying adults.
A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the island and its many sites of interest.
