Access
Guests have exclusive access to Villa La Bèl Kay.
The infinity pool is used under guests’ responsibility.
Parking is easy and secure:
spaces are available near the villa, as it is located in a cul-de-sac,
additional parking is available inside the property.
Arrival and access information are provided prior to the stay to ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in.
Neighborhood
The villa is located in a quiet and green residential area, on the hills of Le Marin. The neighborhood offers an excellent balance between tranquility and proximity to the beaches, the marina, shops, and restaurants of southern Martinique.

Le Marin Marina is just a few minutes away by car
-Southern beaches are within a short driving distance
-Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby
-An ideal base for exploring the south and center of the island
-A car is recommended to fully enjoy your stay
Other things to note
Martinique has a tropical climate. As in any natural and lush environment, you may occasionally notice small outdoor elements such as moths, especially in the evening when lights are on and doors or windows are left open. This does not indicate a hygiene issue.
The property is thoroughly cleaned between each stay and maintained according to expected cleanliness standards, with regular preventive measures in place. Should you need assistance during your stay, please contact us promptly so we can respond efficiently.
The property is located in a quiet environment; respect for the neighborhood is essential.
Views of the ocean, the mountains, and the countryside are visible from the outdoor areas and the pool.
